Party Rental Policy

Rental Rates

You'll be quoted for one day’s usage unless otherwise indicated. SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.



Can be made in advance and require a deposit that is non-refundable due to cancellation. Reservations MUST be made to ensure items are available for your rental needs. If a reservation is not made, items are NOT guaranteed to be available on walk-in basis.

We have 4 hour minimums. We also have 24 hour, weekly and monthly rates.



A deposit is required on ALL rentals. The amount of deposit will vary on the type of equipment and accessories taken.


Check Your Order

You are responsible for all items on your contract once you have signed. Double check your order before you leave.



Once the equipment leaves the yard, you are responsible for it until it is returned. Contractors must contact insurance agent for a RIDER on equipment rental insurance.


Damage Waiver

All our equipment has a damage waiver fee of 10% the total rental cost. This does not cover any damage due to misuse of the equipment.



We sell new and used equipment, various safety items, blades, propane and helium.

Customer Pick-Up

Require a deposit plus the rental fee and a valid driver’s license.


Delivery & Pick-Up

This needs to be scheduled in advance. A charge is made for this service. Items delivered and picked up truck-to-door. Should customer request delivery other than truck-to-door, they assume responsibility for any potential damage or additional charges that may be incurred. All rental items must be ready for pickup i.e. folded, stacked, bagged, crated, etc.


Deposits & Refunds

A deposit is required on ALL orders. The amount of deposit will vary with the size of the order and the ITEMS RENTED. Any refunds of deposits due are returned after order is checked in.


Check Your Order

You are responsible for all items on your contract once you have signed. All orders are double-checked to ensure accuracy. However, if you feel there is a discrepancy, please do not hesitate to call immediately. Upon return all orders are individually checked.




Table Clean Service

Our matching chinaware, glassware and flatware are delivered to you “Table Clean” and ready for use.  Items must be returned scraped and rinsed free of food or an additional cleaning fee may be added.


Tablecloths, Skirting & Napkins

Linens are sent out clean and ready for table setting. PLEASE DO NOT LAUNDER. We ask that you shake the linens free of debris before returning them to us. Allow the material to dry before packaging, as moisture could cause mildew resulting in possible replacement charges.

Candle wax will damage linens so please be cautious of using lit candles on linens.  Replacement charges will be assessed for damaged linens.
